Goldie Greenstein has represented hundreds of clients before agents, examiners, and officers of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in both civil and criminal cases, and has successfully litigated on behalf of clients in U.S. Tax Court. She has also represented clients in dozens of civil cases before state tax authorities in California, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Oregon, and New Mexico, among others, winning them Offers in Compromise and favorable payment plans.

Goldie was born and raised in Metro Detroit. She earned her bachelor's degree in economics from Oberlin College in Ohio and her law degree at Temple University in Philadelphia. Prior to law school, she served as a volunteer overseas in the Peace Corps.
